DGS-3312SR Layer 3 Gigabit Switch 39 IP MULTICASTING COMMANDS The IP multicasting commands in the Command Line Interface (CLI) are listed (along with the appropriate parameters) in the following table. Command show ipmc cache show ipmc Parameters {group } {ipaddress } {ipif | protocol [dvmrp | pim]} Each command is listed, in detail, in the following sections. show ipmc cache Purpose Syntax Description Parameters Used to display the current IP multicast forwarding cache. show ipmc cache {group } {ipaddress } This command will display the current IP multicast forwarding cache. − The multicast group ID. Restrictions ipaddress − The IP address and netmask of the destination. You can specify the IP address and netmask information using the traditional format or the CIDR format. For example, 10.1.2.3/255.255.0.0 or 10.2.3.4/16. None. Usage Example: To display the current IP multicast forwarding cache: DGS-3312SR:4#show ipmc cache Command: show ipmc cache Multicast Group 224.1.1.1 224.1.1.1 224.1.2.3 Source Address/Netmask Upstream Neighbor 10.48.74.121/32 10.48.75.63 20.48.74.25 /32 20.48.75.25 10.48.75.3 /3 10.48.76.6 Expire Time ---------30 20 30 Routing Protocol --------dvmrp dvmrp dvmrp Total Entries: 3 DGS-3312SR:4# 257
