Example In this example all Multicast packets on port g8 are forwarded. Console (config)# interface vlan 2 Console (config-if)# bridge multicast forward-all add ethernet g8 bridge multicast forbidden forward-all The bridge multicast forbidden forward-all interface configuration command forbids a port to be a forward-all-Multicast port. To restore the default, use the no form of the bridge multicast forwardall command. Syntax bridge multicast forbidden forward-all {add | remove} {ethernet interface-list | port-channel port-channel-number-list} no bridge multicast forward-all • add-Forbids forwarding all Multicast packets. • remove-Does not forbid forwarding all Multicast packets. • interface-list-Separates non consecutive valid Ethernet ports with a comma and no spaces; a hyphen is used to designate a range of ports. • port-channel-number-list-Separates non consecutive valid port-channels with a comma and no spaces; a hyphen is used to designate a range of port-channels.
