Message DUPLEX ERROR CHECK DUPLEXER EIO N INITIALIZING Description The printer has detected an error in the duplexer. An EIO accessory is initializing. Recommended Action Open the lower left door, press the green tab on the right side of the duplexer, and pull the duplexer out of the printer. Check for and remove any jammed media from the duplexer. Reinstall the duplexer. Turn the printer off and then on. If the problem persists, contact a local authorized HP dealer or service representative for service. No action is required. Open the lower left door,
press the green tab on the
right side of the duplexer, and
pull the duplexer out of the
printer. Check for and remove
any jammed media from the
duplexer. Reinstall the
duplexer. Turn the printer off
