Preprinted Forms and Letterhead Observe the following guidelines to avoid problems with preprinted forms and letterhead. z Forms and letterhead must have been printed with heat-resistant inks that will not melt, vaporize, or release hazardous emissions when subjected to the printer's fusing temperatures (approximately 374° F, or 190° C). z The inks must be non-flammable and must not adversely affect any printer rollers. z Forms and letterhead should be sealed in a moisture-proof wrapping to prevent moisture damage during storage. z Inks must be completely dry on forms and letterhead before they are used in the printer.
