SYSTEM OVERVIEW Flight Management 15) As seen in Figure 5-193, the aircraft is approaching TOD. Note the target vertical speed required to reach the selected altitude. The Vertical Deviation Indicator (VDI) and the Required Vertical Speed Indicator (RVSI) are now displayed on the PFD as shown in Figure 5-194. When the aircraft is within one minute of the TOD, it is annunciated as shown in Figure 5-194, and an aural alert 'Vertical track' will be heard.
