Retrieve job menu Note If no private, stored, quick copy, or proof and hold jobs are stored on the printer hard disk or in RAM, the message NO STORED JOB appears when the menu is selected. 1 A list of user names appears. 2 Select a user name, and a list of jobs that are stored for that user appears. 3 Select a job name, and print or delete that job. If a job requires a PIN before it can be printed or deleted, appears next to the PRINT or DELETE command and a PIN must be typed. If a job requires a PIN to delete, appears next to the DELETE command and a PIN must be provided. 4 If you select PRINT, the printer prompts you to specify the number of copies to print (1 to 32,000).
