Monitoring the System 7 Use the features available from the Monitoring navigation tab to view a variety of information about the switch and its ports and to configure how the switch monitors events. The Monitoring tab contains configuration menus described in the following sections. • Ports • Logs • Mirroring Ports The screens available from the Ports menu contain a variety of information about the number and type of traffic transmitted from and received on the switch. From the Ports menu, you can access links to the features described following sections: • Switch Statistics • Port Statistics • Port Detailed Statistics • EAP Statistics • Cable Test 227
