Other Transmission Features Printed Report Memory Storage Report This report is printed after an original is stored in memory. It helps you review the contents and the destinations of stored originals. Limitation ❒ If you use Parallel Memory Trans- mission, the Memory Storage Re- 4 port is not printed. Note ❒ You can turn this report on and off. See p.166 "User Parameters" (switch 03, bit 2). ❒ Even if the machine is set up not to print this report, it is still printed if an original could not be stored. ❒ You can select whether to include part of the original image on the report. See p.166 "User Parameters" (switch 04, bit 7). ❒ You can display a destination with the User Parameters. Communication Result Report (Memory Transmission) This report is printed when a Memory Transmission is completed, so you can check the result of the transmission. If E-mail TX Results is programmed in a Quick Operation key, you can select whether a report e-mail is sent after transmission. See p.146 "Quick Operation Key". 80 Note ❒ If two or more destinations are specified, this report is printed after the fax message has been sent to all the destinations. ❒ If the machine is set up not to print this report and the fax message could not be successfully transmitted, a Communication Failure Report is printed.
