4. Insert a new glass plate a. Check that the flat magnetic surfaces inside the scanner are clean and free from dirt or dust. b. Carefully bring the new scanner glass near to the open scan area. c. Using both hands support the glass by the fingertips then carefully lower it into position taking care to locate each end plate (up-side of glass) onto its four corresponding location points inside the scanner body. 5. Complete the glass plate replacement
