Check the switch connection control policy (SCC policy specifies the WWNs of switches allowed in the fabric) to verify which switches are allowed in the fabric. If the switch should be allowed in the fabric but not included in the SCC policy, add the switch to the policy. If the switch is not allowed access to the fabric, this is a valid violation message and an unauthorized entity is trying to access your fabric.
