AC1600 WiFi Cable Modem Router 4. Click the OK button. The BASIC Home page displays. 5. Select ADVANCED > Advanced Setup > Wireless Settings. CAUTION: Do not alter the advanced WiFi settings unless directed by technical support. These settings are reserved for WiFi testing and advanced configuration only. Incorrect settings might disable the WiFi radios. 6. Change the advanced WiFi settings for one radio or both radios: • Fragmentation Length (256-2346). The default setting is 2346. • CTS/RTS Threshold (1-2347). The default setting is 2347. You can change these setting both in the Wireless Advanced Settings (2.4GHz b/g/n) section and in the Wireless Advanced Settings (5GHz 802.11a/n/ac) section. The selection from the Preamble Mode menu is fixed at Long Preamble. 7. If you changed the settings, click the Apply button. Your settings are saved. Manage the Advanced WiFi Network Settings 160
