portCfg Sets a port's configuration to be disabled or enabled. Synopsis portCfg action [slotnumber/]portnumber [range] mode Availability admin Description Use this command to disable or enable configuration to a certain port or to a range of ports. Operands This command has the following operands: action slotnumber portnumber range mode Possible action includes rscnsupr. rscnsupr is for the local port's RSCN suppression. When RSCN suppression is enabled to a port, any device change on this port does not generate RSCN to any other end device. When RSCN suppression is disabled, device change on this port generates RSCN to another end device that is zoned with this one. By default, RSCN suppression is disabled to all the ports. For bladed systems only, specify the slot number of the port to be configured, followed by a slash (/). Specify the number of the ports to be configured, relative to its slot for bladed systems. Use switchShow for a list of valid ports. Specify a range of port in the same slot to apply the configuration. The range of ports has to be equal to or greater than the portnumber. Specify --enable to enable the configuration. Specify --disable to disable the configuration. 444 Fabric OS commands
