Changing the resolution Note The printer's default print quality setting is Faster Printing (FastRes), which uses 1200 dpi to provide the best combination of print speed and print quality. If you need advanced print quality, you can choose custom settings. You can get to print quality settings from the printer driver. The following options are available depending on the printer driver you are using. l Faster Printing - FastRes 1200 (default), the alternate resolution for complex graphics or faster output l Best Quality - ProRes 1200, for best print quality l 600 dpi l 300 dpi Changing resolution might change the formatting of your text.
