xStack® DGS-3400 Series Layer 2 Gigabit Ethernet Managed Switch Server IPv4 Address Server IPv6 Address Domain Name File Name Filter Enter the IPv4 address of the server from which to download firmware and configuration or upload configuration and log. Enter the IPv6 address of the server from which to download firmware and configuration or upload configuration and log. The Interface field is used for addresses on the link-local network. It is recommended that the user enter the specific interface for a link-local IPv6 address. For Global IPv6 addresses, this field may be omitted. Click the radio button and enter the domain name of TFTP Server. Enter the path and filename of the firmware or configuration file to upload or download. The file to be uploaded or downloaded must have the same path with the TFTP server. This is used to filter the configuration data that relates to upload configuration. Click Start to record the IP address of the TFTP server and to initiate the file transfer. Multiple Image Services The Multiple Image Services folder allows users of the Switch to configure and view information regarding firmware located on the Switch. The Switch allows two firmware images to be stored in its memory and either can be configured to be the boot up firmware for the Switch. For information regarding firmware images located on the Switch, click the Firmware Information link. The default setting will have the boot up firmware stored as Image 1, but the user may set either stored firmware to be the boot up firmware by using the Config Firmware Image window. Firmware Information The following window allows the user to view information about current firmware images stored on the Switch. To view this window, click Administration > Multiple Image Services > Firmware Information, as shown below.
