4 File Management This chapter contains commands needed to manage the configuration files and includes other file management commands. The commands in this chapter are supported by the Dell Networking OS. boot system gateway Specify the IP address of the default next-hop gateway for the management subnet. Syntax Parameters boot system gateway ip-address ip-address Enter an IP address in dotted decimal format. Command Modes Command History Usage Information CONFIGURATION Version 9.4(0.0) Supported on the FN I/O aggregator. Saving the address to the startup configuration file preserves the address in NVRAM in case the startup configuration file is deleted. boot system stack-unit Specify the location of the Dell Networking OS image to be used to boot the system. Syntax Parameters boot system stack-unit {default | primary | secondary} 0-5 all default Enter the stack member unit identifier of the stack member. Enter the keyword all to set the primary, secondary, and default images for the system. Enter the keyword default to set the default image path for the system. 31
