Figure 55 Configure Alerts You can select the Alert Settings tab to perform the following actions: • Edit the alert delivery method for different severity levels. • Change the method of delivery for each individual event. • Change the severity level of each individual event. • Save an .xml backup file of the entire alert configuration. • Load all the values from a previously saved backup into the dialog to edit or save these values as the current alert notification configuration. Note: When you load a saved backup file, all unsaved changes made in the current session will be lost. You can select the Mail Server tab to perform the following actions: • Enter or edit the sender email address. • Enter the SMTP server name or the IP address. • Enter the SMTP server authentication related information (user name and password).
