D: right sensor (HP side) E: left sensor Solution Make sure each sensor is properly installed. If that does not solve the problem, check the Cover Open sensor's connections. Problem
Cover sensor malfunction
One or both Cover Open sensors (interlock switches) located at either end
of the cover shaft is malfunctioning.

Solution
Make sure each sensor is properly installed. If that does not solve the
problem, check the Cover Open sensor’s connections. If there still is a
problem, try the following:
Replace the malfunctioning sensor or sensors
Replace the Main Board
