Regulations FCC regulations WARNING! The HP Color 9850mfp can generate, use, and also radiate radio frequency energy. If it is not installed and used in accordance with the instruction manual, interference with radio communications may occur. This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class A computing device, pursuant to Subpart B, Part 15, of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) rules, which are designed to provide reasonable protection against interference from such equipment when it is operating in a commercial environment.
