Note Note Make sure to press Sleep On/Off for one second or longer, otherwise the following message is displayed and the Shut-Off (Low Power) mode is not activated. Press POWER SAVER more than one second, then release it for shut off mode Press POWER SAVER continuously more than one second for low power mode To release the mode, press Sleep On/Off. The engine is available for copying. Typing a copy monitor password The Copy monitor allows the key operator to monitor all copying activities by controlling Copy monitor password accounts. Copy quantity limits for specific accounts can be set. The Copy monitor is not factory-set. A Copy monitor password is required only when the Copy monitor is activated, a User Password is assigned, and "Enter Copy Monitor password" is displayed on the Touch display. Follow the procedure below for a copying job: See (4) Copy monitor function setting for more information. 1 Type the Copy monitor password. Type your eight-digit Copy monitor password, using the keypad. See (1) Copy monitor data edit for details on setting a Copy monitor password. If an invalid Copy monitor password is entered, continue by entering the correct password. 2 Press Start. Your current copy count and copy limit is displayed for 3 seconds Current count/limit 018888/025000 3 Start a copying job. When the message changes to "Ready to copy," the copying job is available on the engine. When your copy count reaches the copy limit, the message "Copy limit reached" is displayed. In that case, contact the key operator to reset your copy limit. 4 Press Access. The initial state is restored, with the message "Enter E.C.M. password" is displayed on the screen. 34 Engine information ENWW
