User Level settings 3 Move the cursor to the ADMINISTRATOR LOGIN button and press the [ENTER] key. If no Administrator password has been set, you will simply be logged-in. If a password has been set, a keyboard window will appear, allowing you to enter the password. ● Logging-in as a User To log-in as a User, you will use a user authentication key saved on USB memory. You may also log-in using a user authentication key that was created on a different LS9 console. 1 Connect the USB memory to the USB connector. 2 In the DISPLAY ACCESS section, press the [SETUP] key repeatedly to access the USER SETUP screen. 3 Move the cursor to the log-in popup button and press the [ENTER] key. The LOGIN popup window will appear. 4 Enter the password, move the cursor to the OK button, and press the [ENTER] key. For details on entering a password, refer to "Assigning a name" (→ p. 34). If the password was incorrect, a message of "WRONG PASSWORD" will appear in the bottom of the screen. ● Logging-in as Guest 1 In the DISPLAY ACCESS section, press the [SETUP] key repeatedly to access the USER SETUP screen. 2 Move the cursor to the log-in popup button and press the [ENTER] key. The LOGIN popup window will appear. 4 Move the cursor to the LOAD USER KEY button and press the [ENTER] key. The SAVE/LOAD popup window will appear, and the files and folders saved on the USB memory will be displayed. User authentication keys have a file name of "User name.L9U". 3 Move the cursor to the GUEST LOGIN button and press the [ENTER] key. File list LOAD button 5 Move the cursor to the file list, and turn the dial to select the user authentication key of the user as whom you want to log-in. The highlighted line in the file list indicates the file that is selected for operations.
