Adjusting the input/output gain (Calibration function) Adjusting the input/output gain (Calibration function) If necessary, you can make fine adjustments to the input/output gain. 1 While holding down the [SCENE MEMORY] key of the DISPLAY ACCESS section, turn on the power. After the opening screen, the following startup menu screen will appear. ● OUTPUT PORT TRIM (fine adjustment of the output ports) button This makes fine adjustments in 0.01 dB steps to the gain of the specified output port. When you press this button, the screen will change as follows. 1 2 3 1 INPUT PORT TRIM button B OUTPUT PORT TRIM button C SLOT OUTPUT TRIM button 2 In the MODE SELECT field, move the cursor to one of the following buttons to select the target you want to adjust, and press the [ENTER] key. ● INPUT PORT TRIM (fine adjustment of the analog input gain) button This makes fine adjustments in 0.1 dB steps to the gain of the specified analog input port. When you press this button, the screen will change as follows. LS9-32 ● SLOT OUTPUT TRIM (fine adjustment of the output ports) button This makes fine adjustments in 0.01 dB steps to the output port gain of the specified slot. When you press this button, the screen will change as follows. 224 LS9-16/32 Owner's Manual LS9-32 LS9-32 3 Move the cursor to the desired knob in the screen, and use the dial or the [DEC]/[INC] keys to adjust the value. If you move the cursor to the RESET ALL button in the screen, and press the [ENTER] key, all knobs in that screen will be reset to 0 dB (the factory-set default value). 4 When you have finished making adjustments, move the cursor to the EXIT button and press the [ENTER] key. The console will start up in normal operating mode. HINT • Alternatively, you can continue by selecting a different menu instead of using the EXIT button.
