Chapter 2 Tutorials 2 The Events > Viewer screen appears. In this example, there are two unacknowledged events. The events mean the device was down for 14 minutes and now the device goes up again. To remind Sam himself and the other administrators that the events have been handled, Sam selects the check box next to the Ack/UnAck table heading to select all events and then click Acknowledge. Figure 35 Refresh OTV 2.2 Firmware Upgrade for Multiple Devices The ENC allows you to upload one firmware file to multiple devices.
