Software Problems Table 3-2: Recovery Software Operating Systems Microsoft Windows NT, Windows 2000, and BackOffice Small Business Server Novell NetWare Caldera UnixWare and SCO OpenServer from Caldera Sun Solaris IBM OS/2 Linux Banyan VINES Software Tool Emergency Repair Diskette. Refer to your Windows NT, Windows 2000, or BackOffice Small Business Server documentation for more information. HP servers shipped with factory-installed software include Start menu access to the Emergency Repair Disk Utility. Click Start, Programs, and System Tools. You may then create or update your Emergency Repair Diskette. Repair traditional volumes with VREPAIR. On NetWare 5.X systems, repair NSS volumes with the NSS menu command, and on NetWare 6 systems, repair NSS volumes using the NSS/PoolVerify command followed by the NSS/PoolRebuild command, if necessary. Refer to your NetWare documentation for more information. Emergency boot diskette. Refer to your Caldera UnixWare or SCO OpenServer from Caldera documentation for more information.
