Copy Functions Programmed Copying Press the program number (1 to 8) to recall the program. After registering sets of frequently used functions as a single program, you can simply press the program number as needed to recall those functions. You can also name the programs to identify them. Registering Programs Follow the steps as below to register a program. 1 Access the copy mode you would like to register and press [Program]. 2 Press [Register]. 3 Press the number (1 to 8) of the program to register. Register present setting Select program number. NOTE: Refer to Character Input Method on page 7-47 for how to enter text characters. 5 Press [Yes]. The program is registered. Using Programs to Copy Press the number (1 to 8) of the program to use for copying. 1 Press [Program]. 2 Press the button for the desired program number (1 to 8). Ready to copy.
