bizhub C360/C280/C220 Fax Features & Functions PROGRAM DIAL Program Dial is a combination of an abbreviated dial key or group key PLUS a job program key. Not only can you register a destination or multiple destinations, but you can also register scan settings, document settings and communications settings. By pressing one key with Program Dial, you can transmit to multiple destinations and send a document based on the scan, document and communication settings you require to ensure that the transmission is successful. For example, if you work in an accounting department and you need to send an double-sided 11" x 17" financial report at the end of each week to 50 locations, you can set the Program Dial to send at a delayed time, to scan at the resolution required to ensure optimum quality, to scan both sides of the page and to send the document as a PDF file. A maximum of 400 Program and up to 10 Temporary One-Touch Dials can be registered. SENDING VARIOUS TYPES OF DOCUMENTS Mixed Original Mixed Original is a function that allows you to send documents of mixed sizes in a single sequence of operations. • The possible combinations of document sizes differ depending on the widest document loaded (position of the adjustable document guides of the RADF). • Incompatible Functions: Quick Memory Transmission, Number of Originals (Document Counter), Z-Folded Documents, Long Document, Double-sided Binding Position, Polling RX and Bulletin Board Polling RX. %PDVNFOUQBHFT PGNJYFETJ[FT BSFTFUPOUIF3"%' %PDVNFOUTBSFUSBOTNJUUFE BOESFQSPEVDFEJOUIFTBNF TJ[FBTUIFPSJHJOBMQBHFT BUUIFEFTUJOBUJPO 104
