bizhub C360/C280/C220 Document & Device Management PAGESCOPE DATA ADMINISTRATOR PageScope Data Administrator is a powerful utility that offers device configuration for your desktop. This is a powerful tool for the IT administrator that allows them to configure One-Touch Scan Address Buttons, User Authentication and Account Tracking. When both PageScope Data Administrator and the Biometric Authentication Unit are installed, user information can be communicated from the administrator's PC to the bizhub, using PageScope Data Administrator. The IT Administrator can also setup network configurations, as well as the overall authentication mode of any bizhub device. IT administrators can upload data from files for Address Keys, User Lists, and Account Lists from file types that include CSV, TAB, LDIF, and Notes Structured Text. The PageScope Data Administrator utility is listed on the PageScope Application CD, however, there is a link to a web site where this utility can be easily downloaded. LOG MANAGEMENT UTILITY The Log Management Utility compliments the job history stored on the device. Since the device cannot maintain a long history of the jobs completed due to the amount of storage capacity that would be required, the Log Management Utility enables a company to keep long-term records of the jobs completed. It provides an audit log that not only covers a long period of time, but one that can be reviewed at any time and can be searched easily and efficiently. This utility also allows the logs of multiple MFPs to be centrally managed.
