bizhub C360/C280/C220 Document & Device Management HDD BACKUP UTILITY The HDD Backup Utility backs up the data stored on the bizhub's hard disk drive onto a PC. The PageScope HDD Backup utility is listed on the PageScope Application CD, however, there is a link to a web site where this utility can be easily downloaded. DRIVER PACKAGING UTILITY The Driver Packaging Utility allows the administrator to set specific printer defaults (B/W, duplex, etc.) to meet the needs of their company and then package the pre-configured driver for distribution to all users on the network. When each network user receives the driver from the administrator, they simply double click to install the driver. The driver will contain all the printer defaults and print driver settings required; the users do not have to make any printer setting changes. It is a quick and efficient way to ensure that employees are following the guidelines set forth by the company. The Driver Packaging Utility is listed on the PageScope Application CD. When it is accessed, there is a link that will take the administrator to the web site where this application can be downloaded.
