bizhub C360/C280/C220 Cost Management Account Track Up to 1,000 accounts (individual, departments) can be registered for management purposes. You can set the C360/C280/C220 to restrict a particular individual, department or departments from using color in copy and print operations. This helps minimize unnecessary color printing. You can also set limits on the number of prints each department is allowed. This can reduce unnecessary machine use while raising cost awareness. The Account Track (Department Management) function counts the number of copies, printouts and scanned pages. The tabulated data can be checked on the control panel and printed out in list form. Copy + Print Total Max Allowance Large Size This count shows the total number of copies and printouts made. Shows the total number of copies and printouts made using all Color settings, the "Black" setting, the "Full Color" setting, the "2 Color" Setting and the "Single Color Setting. Shows the limits set for the user for the number of copies and printouts that can be made using all Color Settings (Total), the color settings (Full Color, Single Color and 2 Color) and the "Black" setting.
