Rear panel block CONTROL section 1 REMOTE RS-422 NUM KEY MOUSE KEY BOARD 6 5 4 3 21 6 5 4 3 21 6 5 4 3 21 SVGA OUT 1 234 5 1 REMOTE RS422 connector This is a 9-pin D-sub connector for controlling an HD recorder or tape recorder. You can use serial commands to control functions such as Play and Stop on the recorder. 2 NUM KEY connector A PS/2 compatible numeric keypad can be connected to this connector. A keypad connected here can be used to input values and numbers. The function of each key is as follows. Key 0-9 Enter + / * Function Same function as the SCENE MEMORY block [0]-[9] switches Same function as the SCENE MEMORY block [RECALL] switch Same function as the SCENE MEMORY block [▲/INC] switch + [ENTER] switch (recall the next-numbered scene) Same function as the SCENE MEMORY block [▼/DEC] switch + [ENTER] switch (recall the previously-numbered scene) Not used 3 MOUSE connector A PS/2 compatible mouse can be connected to this connector. A mouse connected here can be used in the same way as the track pad. This cannot be used simultaneously with the MOUSE connector of the front panel block. Only one or the other can be connected. 4 KEYBOARD connector A PS/2 compatible keyboard can be connected to this connector. A keyboard connected here can be used to input channel names or scene titles. Only 101 or 104 type US keyboards can be used. The system will not operate correctly with any other type of keyboard. This cannot be used simultaneously with the KEYBOARD connector of the front panel block. Only one or the other can be connected. CONTROL section

REMOTE RS422 connector

This is a 9-pin D-sub connector for controlling an
