LOG WARNING Indicates that the airflow of the fan is in the reverse direction. This may heat up the system. Replace the fan field-replaceable units (FRUs) in such a manner that the air flows in the same direction as the remaining fans. Refer to the Hardware Reference Manual of your switch for instructions to replace the fan FRUs.
