Your phone Network settings You can set the phone to automatically or manually select a network when you are roaming out of a service area. Finding a network 1. On the Dialler screen, tap Tools → Options... You can also access the screen by tapping the Start menu → Settings → Personal tab → Phone. 2. In the Network tab, tap Find Network (retrieving settings may take a few minutes). Note: You can enable this function when the network status is currently out of network service and you want to conduct a search. The current network displays in the Current network field. 3. Tap the Network tab, and then select either Automatic or Manual in the Network selection field (retrieving settings may take a few minutes when you select Manual). 3. If you select Manual, the list of available networks displays. 4. Select a network you want and tap OK. You are connected to that network. 5. Tap OK.
