Clearing Paper Jams From the Output Expander Clearing Paper Jams From Inside the Output Expander NOTE: To resolve the error displayed on the operator panel, you must clear all print media from the print media path. 1. Ensure that the printer is not in operation, and open the front door of the output expander. 2. Rotate the knob clockwise and remove the jammed paper from the paper exit of the output expander. NOTICE: If the paper jam message remains, repeat the same procedure. 3. Close the front door of the output expander.

Clearing Paper Jams From Inside the Output Expander
NOTE:
To resolve the error displayed on the operator panel, you must clear all print media from the print media
path.
1. Ensure that the printer is not in operation, and open the front door of the output expander.
2. Rotate the knob clockwise and remove the jammed paper from the paper exit of the output expander.
NOTICE:
If the paper jam message remains, repeat the same procedure.
3. Close the front door of the output expander.
