4. If the paper jam message remains, repeat Step 1 and Step 2. 5. Close the front door of the output expander. Clearing Paper Jams From H Transport Unit NOTE: To resolve the error displayed on the operator panel, you must clear all print media from the print media path. 1. Grasp the top cover handle of the output expander and open the cover. 2. Remove the jammed paper. 3. Close the top cover of the output expander.
