Description Use opaque-capability enable to enable opaque LSA advertisement and reception. With the command configured, the OSPF device can receive and advertise the Type-9, Type-10 and Type-11 opaque LSAs. Use the undo opaque-capability command to restore the default. The feature is disabled by default. Examples # Enable advertising and receiving opaque LSAs. system-view [Sysname] ospf 100 [Sysname-ospf-100] opaque-capability enable ospf Syntax ospf [ process-id | router-id router-id | vpn-instance vpn- instance-name ] * View undo ospf [ process-id ] System view Default level 2: System level Parameters process-id: OSPF process ID, in the range of 1 to 65535. router-id router-id: OSPF Router ID, in dotted decimal format. vpn-instance vpn-instance-name: Specifies an MPLS L3VPN that the OSPF process belongs to. vpn-instance-name is a case-sensitive string of 1 to 31 characters. If no VPN is specified, the OSPF process belongs to the public network. Description Use ospf to enable an OSPF process. Use undo ospf to disable an OSPF process. No OSPF process is enabled by default. You can enable multiple OSPF processes on a router and specify different Router IDs for these processes. Enabling OSPF first is required before performing other tasks.
