Figure 33: Guest self-provisioning l Your customer associates to a local access point and is redirected by a captive portal to the login page. l Existing customers may log in with their Hotspot username and password to start browsing. l New customers click the Hotspot Sign-up link. l On page 1, the customer selects one of the Hotspot plans you have created. l On page 2, the customer enters their personal details, including credit card information if purchasing access. l The customer's transaction is processed, and, if approved, their visitor account is created according to the appropriate Hotspot plan. l On page 3, the customer receives an invoice containing confirmation of their transaction and the details of their newly created visitor account. l The customer is automatically logged in with their username and password, providing instant Hotspot access. Managing the Hotspot Sign-up Interface You can enable visitor access self provisioning by navigating to Configuration > Hotspot Manager and selecting the Manage Hotspot Sign-up command. The Hotspot Preferences form opens.
