Name Device Serial MAC Address Product Name Product Version User Name Description Serial number of the device. IEEE MAC address of this device. Product string identifying the device and often including the hardware version information. Software version number for the device. Username of the user who provisioned the device. Issuing the Certificate Request Mark the Issue this certificate immediately check box to automatically create the certificate. Click the Create Certificate Request button to save your changes. l If the "Issue this certificate immediately" check box is marked, the certificate will be issued immediately and will be displayed in the Certificate Management list view. l If the "Issue this certificate immediately" check box is not marked, the certificate request will be displayed in the Certificate Management list view. The certificate can then be issued or rejected at a later time. Managing Certificates To view the list of certificates and work with them, go to Onboard > Certificate Management, or click the Certificate Management command link. The Certificate Management list view opens. This list displays all of the certificates and certificate requests in the Onboard system. Information provided in the Certificate Management list includes common name, serial number (if available), certificate type, validity date range, and device type-iOS, Android, Windows, or None (if not associated with a device type).
