NOTE: The Create Guest Accounts form (create_multi) may be customized by adding new fields, or modifying or removing the existing fields. See "Customizing Self-Provisioned Access " on page 171 for details about the customization process. The default settings for this form are described below. To complete the form, you must enter the number of visitor accounts you want to create. A random username and password will be created for each visitor account. This is not displayed on this form, but will be available on the guest account receipt. The visitor accounts cannot be used before the activation time, or after the expiration time. The Account Role specifies what type of accounts to create. Click the Create Accounts button after completing the form.
