To display the Reference window, do one of the following: On the Viewdrop-down menu, click Reference Window. Click the Reference Window icon in the toolbar. The Reference window appears. NOTE: The Reference window also shows the elements that are not displayed in the design area by the setting in Show/Hide on the View drop-down menu. When the sewing area of a specified machine model is displayed in the design area, the frame of the sewing area is also shown in the Reference window. To display the design elements to fill the window: Clear the Fit Sewing Area check box on the Reference window. NOTE: If the Fit Sewing Area check box is checked: When the sewing area is larger than the design elements, the sewing area will fit to fill the window, and when the design elements' size is larger than the sewing area, the design elements will fit to fill the window. To hide the Reference window, do one of the following: Click the Close button [X] on the upper right corner of the Reference window. 114/164

To display the
Reference
window
, do one of the following:
On the
View
drop-down menu, click
Reference Window
.
Click the Reference Window icon
in the toolbar.
The Reference window appears.
NOTE: The
Reference
window
also shows the elements that are not displayed in the design area
by the setting in
Show/Hide
on the
View
drop-down menu.
When the sewing area of a specified machine model is displayed in the design area, the
frame of the sewing area is also shown in the
Reference
window
.
To display the design elements to fill the window:
Clear the
Fit Sewing Area
check box on the
Reference
window
.
NOTE:
If the
Fit Sewing Area
check box is checked:
When the sewing area is larger than the design elements, the sewing area will fit to fill
the window, and when the design elements’ size is larger than the sewing area, the design
elements will fit to fill the window.
To hide the
Reference window
, do one of the following:
Click the Close button [
X]
on the upper right corner of the
Reference
window.
