Once a template changes from a published to unpublished state, the storage lease becomes applicable. Setting or changing these GUI settings renews the lease because Lab Manager identifies the template or virtual machine as in use: Memory (MB) (available on the properties page for templates and virtual machines) Use Time Synchronization (available on the properties page for templates and virtual machines) If an administrator sets the value of the lease time to Never, a user without administrator privileges has the ability to set a lease time. To set deployment and storage leases 1 In the left pane of the console, click Settings. 2 In the Resource Cleanup tab, specify the details for deployment and storage leases: a Specify a time to undeploy Workspace configurations, library configurations, and templates. The default value is Never. b Specify a time to delete Workspace configurations, library configurations, and templates or mark these configurations and templates for deletion.
