This hardware clock runs continuously. After the hardware clock (the calendar) is set, the FTOS automatically updates the software clock after system bootup. You cannot delete this command (that is, there is not a "no" version of this command). clock set c e s Set the software clock in the switch. Syntax clock set time month day year Parameters time month day year Enter the time in hours:minutes:seconds. For the hour variable, use the 24-hour format, example, 17:15:00 is 5:15 pm. Enter the name of one of the 12 months, in English. You can enter the number of a day and change the order of the display to time day month year. Enter the number of the day. Range: 1 to 31. You can enter the name of a month to change the order of the display to time month day year. Enter a four-digit number as the year. Range: 1993 to 2035.
