Syntax [no] interface management ethernet ip address ip-address mask To delete the IP address on the C-Series and E-Series (not on S-Series), enter no interface management ethernet ip address. Parameters ip-address mask Enter the IP address in dotted decimal format (A.B.C.D) and the mask in / prefix-length format (/x). Defaults Not configured. Command Modes BOOT_USER Command History Version 7.8.1.0 Introduced on S-Series Usage In the runtime CLI of the C-Series and E-Series (not on S-Series), use the ip address command in the Information INTERFACE mode to change the Management interface's IP address. If there is a mac address programmed in the eeprom, the show interface management ethernet command gets the mac address from there and displays it. If there is no mac address programmed, the following is used by default - 00:10:18:00:00:01. To view the current IP address configured on the Management interface, enter the show interfaces management ethernet command.
