2. Lift and transfer the stacker to the lower slot position, ensure only the top pole is inserted onto the lower of the left and right semi circular slots. 3. Check to see if the transfer is correctly done, the bottom pole should be visible and free to rotate upwards. 4. Hold down one end of the bottom to prevent it from rotating before lifting the front board into the up position. This completes the regular bin style configuration.
