4 Inspect each of the six rollers in the 4 scanner area for dirt or debris. Clean any dirty rollers with a lint- free cloth (such as lens tissues) dampened with a small amount of isopropyl alcohol. CAUTION Do not spray alcohol or any other liquid 5 directly into the HP LaserJet 3100 product. Doing so can damage the product. CAUTION As much as possible, avoid touching the white strip and glass strip with alcohol. 7 5 Near the top, inside edge of the document release door, inspect the three pressure feet and pad for dirt or debris.
