ProSafe M4100 and M7100 Managed Switches ipv6 hop-limit This command defines the unicast hop count used in ipv6 packets originated by the node. The value is also included in router advertisements. Valid values for are 1-255 inclusive. The default "not configured" means that a value of zero is sent in router advertisements and a value of 64 is sent in packets originated by the node. Note that this is not the same as configuring a value of 64. Default Format Mode not configured ipv6 hop-limit Global Config no ipv6 hop-limit This command returns the unicast hop count to the default. Format Mode no ipv6 hop-limit Global Config ipv6 unicast-routing Use this command to enable the forwarding of IPv6 unicast datagrams. Default Format Mode disabled ipv6 unicast-routing Global Config no ipv6 unicast-routing Use this command to disable the forwarding of IPv6 unicast datagrams. Format Mode no ipv6 unicast-routing Global Config ipv6 enable Use this command to enable IPv6 routing on an interface, including tunnel and loopback interfaces, that has not been configured with an explicit IPv6 address. When you use this command, the interface is automatically configured with a link-local address. You do not need to use this command if you configured an IPv6 global address on the interface.
