Note The MZS-X1500 4K Upgrade License is assigned/ released for each switcher and is applied collectively to the boxes configured in each switcher. 1 Open the MLS Manager Home > System > Island > Assign Licenses menu (60211.08). 2 Select the target switcher or box to set. Place a check mark for the target switcher or box to set (multiple selection supported). To select and set all switchers or boxes, place a check mark in the Select All checkbox. 3 Press the [Edit] button. The [Edit Licenses] window appears. 4 Press the [Assign] button for the licenses to assign. To release a license assignment Press the [Release] button. 5 Press [OK]. To display the properties of an assigned license Press the [Display Properties] button. Configuring Initial Setup You can specify the setup/content package archive file to load/import when a switcher in an island reboots after changing the switcher settings. Note When a package archive file is specified, all package files on the current switcher are deleted. 1 Open the MLS Manager Home > System > Island > Initial Setup menu (60211.09). 2 Press the [Select] button on the target switcher to set. The [Select Initial Setup Archive File] window appears. 3 Select the target package archive file. 4 Press [OK]. 5 Set the detailed options for when importing/loading a package archive file. [Load Setup] button: Specify whether to load the setup data, register data, and system configuration data from the selected package archive file. Notes • Control panel setup data is loaded into both the control panels with panel ID of 1 and 2. • When loading files in batch, as described in "Batch File Operations" (page 334), user account system configuration data is not loaded, however, user account system configuration data is also loaded for the island configuration. [Import Content] button: Specify whether to import the content data from the selected package archive file. [Load Content] button: Specify whether to load the content data from the selected package archive file. Note When the [Import Content] button is on, all content data in the package archive files on the current switcher are deleted. 6 Enable/disable the ELC-MVS01 support function of the switcher using the [ELC-MVS01 Support] button. On: Enable the ELC-MVS01 support function of the switcher. Off: Disable the ELC-MVS01 support function of the switcher. To release the specified package archive file to load or import Select the target package archive file to release and press the [×] button. Checking and Applying an Island Configuration You can check the configuration information and specifications of each device in an island using the MLS Manager Home > System > Island > Apply Config menu (60211.12). Applying the configuration After checking the configuration information of each device on the configuration display screen ([Configuration] tab), check all the changed settings in the island (rows with marks indicating settings not yet applied) in each menu in MLS Manager Home > System > Island, and apply the configuration to the devices. 475

Configuration
