SYNOPSIS zoneshow [--sort] [pattern][, mode] zoneshow [--transdiffs] zoneshow [--transdiffsonly] zoneshow --help DESCRIPTION NOTES OPERANDS Use this command to display zone configuration information. This command includes sorting and search options to customize the output. If a pattern is specified, the command displays only matching match zone configuration names in the defined configuration. When used without operands, the command displays all zone configuration information for the Defined and the Effective configuration. Use the --transdiffs and --transdiffsonly options to view changes in the current transaction. The command output displays the changes in the current transaction by the following notations: • An asterisk(*) before any tag indicates a change in that zone, zone configuration, alias or any other entity in the zone configuration. • A plus(+) before any entity indicates that it is a newly added entity. • A minus(-) before any entity indicates that it is a deleted entity. Refer to cfgShow for a description of this display. The execution of this command is subject to Virtual Fabric or Admin Domain restrictions that may be in place. Refer to Chapter 1, "Using Fabric OS Commands" and Appendix A, "Command Availability" for details. When FCS policy is enabled, this command can be issued on any FCS switch in the fabric. This command has the following operands: --sort Displays D,I zone members in ascending order. pattern A POSIX-style regular expression used to match zone configuration names. This operand is optional. Patterns can contain: • A question mark (?) to match any single character. • An asterisk (*) to match any string of characters. • A range of characters to match any character within the range: for example, [0-9] or [a-f]. mode Specify 0 to display the contents of the transaction buffer (the contents of the current transaction), or specify 1 to display the contents of the nonvolatile memory. The default value is 0.
