NETGEAR 8800 Chassis Switch CLI Manual configure sflow collector ipaddress configure sflow collector {ipaddress} {port } {vr } Description Configures the sFlow collector IP address. Syntax Description ip-address udp-port-number vrname Specifies the IP address to send the sFlow data. Specifies the UDP port to send the sFlow data. Specifies from which virtual router to send the sFlow data. Note: User-created VRs are supported only on the platforms listed for this feature in Appendix A in the NETGEAR 8800 User Manual. Default The following values are the defaults for this command: • UDP port number-6343 • Virtual router-VR-Mgmt (previously called VR-0). Usage Guidelines This command allows you to configure where to send the sFlow data. You must specify an IP address for the sFlow data collector, and you may specify a particular UDP port, if your collector uses a non-standard port. You may also need to specify from which virtual router to send the data. You can configure up to four sFlow collectors. Each unique IP address/UDP port/virtual router combination identifies a collector. The unconfigure sflow collector command will reset the collector parameters to the default. Example The following command specifies that sFlow data should be sent to port 6343 at IP address 192.168.57.1 using the virtual router VR-Mgmt: configure sflow collector ipaddress 192.168.57.1 configure sflow max-cpu-sample-limit configure sflow max-cpu-sample-limit Description Configures the maximum number of sFlow samples handled by the CPU per second.
