EAP statistics Field Description Port The port number. EAPOL Frames Received The number of valid EAPoL frames of any type that were received by this authenticator. EAPOL Frames Transmitted The number of EAPoL frames of any type that were transmitted by this authenticator. EAPOL Start Frames Received The number of EAPoL start frames that were received by this authenticator. EAPOL Logoff Frames Received The number of EAPoL logoff frames that were received by this authenticator. EAPOL Last Frame Version The protocol version number carried in the most recently received EAPoL frame. EAPOL Last Frame Source The source MAC address carried in the most recently received EAPoL frame. EAPOL Invalid Frames Received The number of EAPoL frames that were received by this authenticator in which the frame type is not recognized. EAPOL Length Error Frames The number of EAPoL frames that were received by this authenticator in Received which the frame type is not recognized. EAP Response/ID Frames Received The number of EAP response/identity frames that were received by this authenticator. EAP Response Frames Received The number of valid EAP response frames (other than resp/ID frames) that were received by this authenticator. Perform a Cable Test You can test and view information about the cables that are connected to switch ports. To perform a cable test: 1. Connect your computer to the same network as the switch. You can use a WiFi or wired connection to connect your computer to the network, or connect directly to a switch that is off-network using an Ethernet cable. 2. Launch a web browser. 3. In the address field of your web browser, enter the IP address of the switch. Monitor the System 386
