Usage Information In the FTOS best path selection process, the path with the highest weight value is preferred. Note: Reset the neighbor connection (clear ip bgp * command) to apply the weight to the connection and recompute the best path. Syntax network ip-address mask [route-map map-name] To remove a network, use the no network ip-address mask [route-map map-name] command. Parameters ip-address mask route-map map-name Enter an IP address in dotted decimal format of the network. Enter the mask of the IP address in the slash prefix length format (for example, /24). The mask appears in command outputs in dotted decimal format (A.B.C.D). (OPTIONAL) Enter the keyword route-map followed by the name of an established route map.
