Command Output Descriptions: show ip ospf database asbr-summary Item LS Age Options LS Type Link State ID Advertising Router Checksum Length Network Mask TOS Metric Description Displays the LSA's age. Displays the optional capabilities available on router. The following options can be found in this item: • TOS-capability or No TOS-capability is displayed depending on whether the router can support Type of Service. • DC or No DC is displayed depending on whether the originating router can support OSPF over demand circuits. • E or No E is displayed on whether the originating router can accept AS External LSAs. Displays the LSA's type. Displays the Link State ID. Identifies the advertising router's ID. Displays the Fletcher checksum of the an LSA's complete contents. Displays the length in bytes of the LSA. Displays the network mask implemented on the area. Displays the Type of Service (TOS) options. Option 0 is the only option. Displays the LSA metric. Related Commands show ip ospf database Displays OSPF database information. show ip ospf database external c e s Display information on the AS external (type 5) LSAs. Syntax show ip ospf process-id database external [link-state-id] [adv-router ip-address] Parameters process-id link-state-id adv-router ip-address Enter the OSPF Process ID to show a specific process. If no Process ID is entered, command applies only to the first OSPF process. (OPTIONAL) Specify LSA ID in dotted decimal format. The LSA ID value depends on the LSA type, and it can be one of the following: • the network's IP address for Type 3 LSAs or Type 5 LSAs • the router's OSPF router ID for Type 1 LSAs or Type 4 LSAs • the default destination (0.0.0.0) for Type 5 LSAs (OPTIONAL) Enter the keywords adv-router ip-address to display only the LSA information about that router.
